Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ASR Manager 5.2 is now available for download:

On Apr 25, 2015, ASR Managers that are enabled for auto update will begin to automatically update to this new version.

ASR Manager 5.2 includes fixes to correct the following issues:

NTLM proxy support for auto update and the ASR "send_diag" command.
Numerous fixes and improvements to the auto update process including better failure messaging and information.
Improvements to ASR command line text.
"?" is not displaying the list of ASR commands at the asr prompt.
ASR heartbeat events are not properly processing serial numbers that have "+" in them.
