Lots and lots of trace files are generated in Oracle 11.2.0.3

Oracle database version 11.2.0.3. Lots and lots of trace files are generated, filling up the file system....The trace file and trm file are attached...

When I search for Ora errors - I get ORA-01403 in all trace files.
