RCVCAT database is too old

Hi I use RMAN repository DB 11.2.04 with target DB instance 11.2.0.4  everything is fine

I upgrade one DB to 12.1.0.2.0,, I start RMAN with 12c utility and I get this error. coul you help me ?

Used TNSNAMES adapter to resolve the alias
