Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. In upgrading from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 should I apply the April CPU's before or after the upgrade?

I intend both upgrading the dB from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 and also applying the APril CPU patchset. This is in keeping with Steven Chan's post at https://blogs.oracle.com/stevenChan/entry/apr_2015_quarterly_upgrade

Does it matter if I apply the CPU's before the upgrade of the dB?
