Define Eligibility Rules and Enrollment

I have set up an Eligibility table for 401KEE where the Employees are eligible up to the Maximum age of 49 based on DOB.

I have then set up an Eligibility table for 401KCU where the Employees are elgible based on the Minimum Age 50 based on DOB.

I Enrollment Parameters are set up for the defaults.

I submit R085524 and the enrollment and eligibility works on 401KEE.

If the employee is under 50 they are enrolled.

If they are over 49 the are INE.  This is correct.

But, the system ignores the eligibility of the 401KCU for employees over 50.

Assistance please.
