UK Law Jan 2015 - Digital Sale to Customers (B2C) in EU

You may know the new law in UK on digital sale to individual customers and non-business entities.

I have raised SR and understand that it will take sometime to get Patch for solution.

I have two solution in mind, which i would like to share and get your view as well.

Background

We sell digital products to EU customers electronically we we fall under new VAT rules of UK.

It means (just to share with non-UK readers) we need to charge tax based on the countries where customer download.

It means

Old - customer download from Spain, another customer download from Italy, and another from France.  We need to apply UK tax rate as applicable.
