Interlocation transit Times

Hello All, I need a help.

I was trying to set the interlocation transit time based on below note. But after defining the location i couldn't find the the new location under destination LOV for Destination type 'Internal Location' . What is is i am missing here ? I've few other location created for different customers and the new location is exactly same as them. I'm confused what it is i am missing here.

Set Up Delivery (Transit) Lead Times For ATPable OR Non-ATP Items To Ship To Customers (Doc ID 262124.1)
