Cost Management - EBS (MOSC)

We are missing CSTPEXPL and CSTPUCRU packages.

We have a custom report that uses these packages (CSTPEXPL, CSTPUCRU) and it has been erroring out. We are missing these packages. Do these exist in R12 or have they been replaced by anything else ?
