Adjust Tax Balance - SUI Not Accumulating

Hi!

Here is a scenario:

I go to the Adjust Tax Balances form and enter a stock option. I change the work address to an address in which the state has changed.

I enter amounts in the Gross, Net, EE FIT, EE SS and EE Medicare. Save the form.

No amounts are being accumulated for SUI. Amounts are being calculated for SIT, City, FUTA, etc, just not SUI.

Thoughts?
