Oracle enterprise linux not booting showing as rootnoverify (hd0,0)

Hi we have oracle enterprise linux server now we can't login to server while GRUB appear it showing as rootnoverify (hd0,0) Error 22 no such partition. Press any key to continue. We don't have root password. we tried to enter into single user mode to recover the password but its not login to single usermode because of some GRUB error.
