Per Oracle Support Note #389422.1 (Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12) we installed the following patches18936791,17932167,19659562,
19273341 and 19559960.
Afterwards, some users experienced a dark blue shading on their login and navigation screens. We were able to resolve that issue but adding the site to the compatibility mode and clearing the Internet Browser History information. Yet, some users are still seeing it in Excel 2010 when they upload a Journal Entry using Desktop Integrator. Note we did include the I.E. 11 patch 19273341 for WEB ADI. It almost seems as though Excel is remembering it in cache, but I don't know how to clear it - reset it.
