Salary Change Percentage (%) on Salary History Page

All,

On the Salary OAF page (People Form -> Assignment -> Salary), under Salary History, there is a value for 'Change %'. How is that value derived? According to the research I've done so far (Doc ID 1548355.1), it seems like its calculated. If that is the case, what function calculates it?

It's also displayed on Salary Review Report as 'Inc %'.
