Resource Transaction Report (XML) running long

All,

We have a user who kicks this seeded XML report off every Wednesday at noon. He runs it for one inventory organization for the preceding weeks data. It averages about 90 minutes to run. However, I've seen it complete as fast as 20 minutes and run as long as 160 minutes.

I've attached several of the logs. From my review, it looks like the query is gathering the data very fast. 99.9% of the run time looks like it's with post-processing. I've never seen a report query get the data this fast and the request then stays in post-processing this long.

Does anyone have any ideas for me to try?
