PL/SQL Stored Procedure not triggred when added to pick release Document set

Hi All ,

I had developed a custom program which needs to be triggered  during pick release . For this i had add this program to the pick release document set ,but during pick release  this program in not triggred .

Application is # 12.1.3

How to make this custom program triggered during pick release?
