Unable to delete the Siebel Repositories

Hi,

We have refreshed the PROD env Siebel DB to the Dev Siebel DB (a new siebel schema and instance) and we could not able to delete the old repositories in the new Dev Siebel Tools and seeing below error but when deleted the same repository in PROD iebel Tools, we see no error:

 

An error has occurred while deleting the record.

Please try to delete again.(SBL-DAT-00236)
