qry to list reponsibilities by user by module(Finance, HR, Procurement, etc)

im trying to write a qry to list responsibilities assigned to active employees, and I got everything except how do I group them by module?  so how would I list all the finance or HR responsibilities assigned to a user?

I can get the app short name, but how how do I know if its an HR or Finance or Self-Service app_short name. e.g. ? where is this stored?
