Credit limit workflow

Good morning,

My name is Guillermo, I'm trying to set up the AR credit limit.

I'm doing some testing in our PY environment.

I've managed to the system to send the emails. But when I go to approve the changes, I can't approve / reject it. It gives a message saying "This message has been already acted upon". (See attachements)

Any ideas about it?
