P34200 Exporting and cut/paste functions?

Hi, we're exploring use of JD Edwards forecasting functionality.  I've successfully generated detailed and summary forecasts and now want to do a simple export of the results visible in the P34200 to share with the team.  However, the tool bar only shows cut and paste icons that don't seem to do anything.  I'm not finding any processing options to modify this or any documentation on how these should be used.  Any advise would be appreciated.
