Is it possible to generate Oracle reports in Bengali font?

Does anyone developed Oracle Reports (without using BI Publisher) in any Indian regional languages e.g Hindi, Tamil, Punjabi, Bengali etc. meaning label will be in regional languages but data will be in English?

If so, could you please share the steps.
