Global Leave Application P07640 and P076311 entering leave time from past

Hello,

I would like to know how can we handle a situation when we are entering a leave request for a past date that has already been taken, because currently when a Leave request from past date is approved by Manager using P076311 or a leave is entered by a Delegate using P07640, the workdate that is entered in the time card is Leave date, so for example if today is April 24th 2014 and I am a manager and I go into P076311 for approval of pending leaves, now I see that one of my employee has submitted a leaver
