Where can I obtain the install software for Strategic Network Optimization?

We've licensed Strategic Network Optimization ("SNO") & I'd like to install it on a Windows p.c. for initial startup, perhaps migrating to a UNIX server later.

Oracle's "Installation Guide" gives step-by-step instructions, including "Launch the install.exe file."  Only problem is, I don't have the install.exe file, & am not sure how best to obtain one.

Has anyone got some guidance for this newbie regarding where I can obtain the install software for SNO?
