Do I need to create a fast recovery area when creating DB for EM Repository?

When I am using DBCA to create a database to be used for an EM Repository, do I need to have checked the "Specify Fast Recovery Area"?  I normally have unchecked this when I have created stand-alone application databases because we don't use Fast Recovery.
