Is there a way we can configure bypassing the Associate Applet and allow the user to enter the New R

When creating an Address record we would like to simply bypass the Associate Applet and take the user directly to creating a new record. Can this be done without re-designing the CUT Address from M:M to 1:M?  I understand the User Key "Address Name" and changes need for it to ensure the address isn't duplicated for the same account.
