RPAS server installation using cygwin

Hi,

I want to setup a cygwin based RPAS server for learning purpose. I read the installation guide and it provides the steps but not very clear for me.

Document : Cygwin Setup Guide for RPAS (Doc ID 1333398.1) does not provide these steps for this. If someone has done the setup before , please help in setting the RPAS sever along with weblogic and fusion client on windows machine.

Windows version -8

RPAS version :13.4.1

Weblogic: 10.2.3

Any input/pointers are appreciated !
