NER BSFN Imports 90,000 line Text file - 19 Hours to run

This is definitely too slow and there's obviously something wrong. It is a short bunch of code that clears a table and imports the text file from a local drive on a server into a JDE Table. What are som eof the things that I could check aside from the ER Code that might be causing this slowness.

The UBE doesn't normally run this slow but I think it is too slow (5 hours). We are testing but if anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

When I run this with Logging on, the entire UBE holds the log but it is 842 MB so I cannot open the log easily.
