User exists in Source Active Directory but not appearing in shared services active directory

Hi,

Observed that few users are existing in source AD, but not appearing the same in shared services active directory.  Generally source AD & Shared services directories have to be in sync, but it is not. Recycled all the Hyperion services, but no luck. Any thoughts on this pls?
