OTL:Preference Value is changed - does it require apache bounce.

We have changed the the following preferences ,

Following Changes are done

Name in Hierarchy Preference Name Old Value New Value XX Monthly Employee Preference.Timecard Alternate Name Self Service Timecard Alternate Name Set Defined for a User XX Old Alternate Name set XX New Alternate Name set XX Monthly Employee Preference.Timekeeper Layout Attributes Timekeeper Layout Attributes XX Old Alternate Name set XX New Alternate Name set

When Joe Bloggs Logs in through self service to enter timesheet, All elements defined in the New Alternate Set is available for choosing.

Joebloggs is also a Timekeeper, using Timekeeper screen  entering timesheet, Only the Old Alternate Set is available for choosing instead of new.
