Item Isn't Unreserved Automatically

Hello all.

I have a problem in sales order reservation.

I created a sales order, booked, and reserved it. Due to inadequate on hand availability, I cancelled the sales order.

Then I found that there is one SO line that isn’t unreserved automatically.

I check the reservation from Inventory Responsibility and it’s stuck there.

I try to unreserved it manually from the Order Management Responsibility, but it can’t.

Is there any way to unreserved it?

Ps:

I use Oracle EBS R12.1.3
