Min-Max Planning Report: Supply Cutoff Date Offset

Hi All,

Please kindly help.. how this "Supply Cutoff Date Offset" in Min-Max Planning Report be interpreted by the system?.  Though, the field is optional and will default to '0'.  If I am to put 100, how will the system compute for the supply?

Please advise.
