FSG report 'Program - Publish FSG Report' error

Dears,

I just changed FSG Report column header  from English character to Chinese,and rerun the  report below error occured:

/u01/PROD/apps/apps_st/appl/rg/12.0.0/bin/RGRARG       Program was terminated by signal 11'',

Could you kindly help me ? Many thanks.
