expdp and impdp extremly slow

Since a few months ago the expdp and imdpd work very slowly, impdp is extremly slow, right now is executing impdp and there is about 1000 tables that has no data, and is loading one by one with about 2 seconds between one table and the other.

I've find out that if I restart the database it works fine, the tables that has no data are loaded in a few seconds.

I don't know when or why it started to work so slowly.

Since it is the development database I can scheudle a database reboot every night so the expdp of the different schemas can be quickly, for example, with the database just rebooted an schema of about 20GB is exporte in about 14 minutes if the database is not rebooted i takes about 2:30 hours...
