Journal Entry Attachments

Hello - I am attempting to attach certain files to a journal entry in the Enter Journals window. Upon clicking on the "paper clip" icon, and completing the details for the attachment category and title, I click the "Open Document" button. I'm then prompted with the question "Has the document been uploaded successfully?" - I select "No", and web page opens up where I can browse my local computer for an attachment. I then select a file from my local, click the "Submit" button and recieve a confirmation telling me the document has been successfully uploaded and that I should
