Current status bar on Siebel Open UI (see attached picture)

Hi all guys,

the customer is asking me for this "Current status bar".

This is not necessairly the actual name of it, that is just how they called it, (see attached picture for more details) it contains a summary of the displayed record.

Since I don't have a clue on what they are talking about I'm asking you.

It should has the following features:

1) Content should be dynamic (shows content of current record);

2) Should not disappear while scrolling down and up (like the freeze pane functionality from MS Excel);

3) Should be only visible on certain views (f.e. Order Entry Detail View - but not on All Orders List View);
