Budget Finalization in batch mode

Hi All, We are doing a conversion of Project Budgets for Grants and Project costing and we need to finalize more than 2000 Project budgets. we created an Application engine with CI, which simulates the Push of Finalize button in Project Budget page(Field Change Event.). Though the PC Wrapper process is being the triggered, there are so many challenges. Once the data in INTFC_PROJ_RES record is deleted and hence the data is picked for processing by PC Wrapper process.(I know this is because of Save events) Once the Process picks the data and show errors in Committment control though the
