Issue with Download Catalog

Hi,

When i try to Download Catalog from the newly created site, i see that Catalog.csv file is empty, it is not showing any items, even though the items are added to the Catalogue.

Not sure any other setups needs to be done to show all the items available in Catalogue. Pls help
