Workflow Mailer Approvals Process

Hi

We are planning to turn on workflow mailer and would appreciate answers to the following questions:

Firstly, do the email notifications appear the same in the email as in the standard notifications. i.e. are the Approve and reject buttons displayed. Are framework regions displayed?

Please could someone tell me how email notification responses get handled? Does the action of pressing the Approve button actually send a reply.

If we then use parallel approvals to send the notification to more than 1 manager at the same time, what happens if the first manager approves and the second rejects the same notification?
