X5-2 Replacing Infiniband with Fiber Cards does not ping servers

We received replacement fiber cards for our x5-2.  The old ones were pulled and new installed.  We were told there were no commands needed to configure as they're just replacements and everything is already set up.

However, while everything is running, we can't ping the servers.  Obviously, the MAC addresses changed with the new hardware.  Is there a command that needs run because of the new hardware?
