OTL integration with "Projects only" option

We want to implement Oracle Time and Labor, for Projects only. We have a small footprint Oracle EBS 12.1.3 implementatation.

1. Need help in estimating effort required to implement OTL with Projects only option.

2. Need help on setup steps rewuired to do that, if someone has a BR100,and can share with me, my email address is mikeindallas@hotmail.com, any help will be greatly appreciated.
