Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. trying to set up TDE via EM tool. Getting Error

I am trying to set up transparent data encryption vie the EM tool. I am getting the following error:

Transparent Data Encryption Configuration file (sqlnet.ora) does not exist in the given location.

The ENCRYPTION_WALLET_LOCATION is in the SQLNET.ora file. Any ideas?
