Hi

For eChannel OM the number of tasks running is not in sync with the normal running tasks.Even when the component is shut down there are tasks showing as running. PFA screenshot attached. Once the enterprise is restarted we are seeing the right numbers.We are also experiencing slowness in the application until the enterprise is restarted. can you please assist to this issue.
