E1 9.1 China Localization - is there an A/P Electronic bank file format program available for China?

Hi --

We are implementing E1 in China and have the need to produce an A/P payment text file to send to the bank.  Is there a base program (like R04572T or R04572JP or any of the others) that would be a good place for us to use as a starting point (I am assuming we will need to copy the program and modify it).  I see that there are some specific programs for other countries but I don't see anything for China.   Does anyone have any experience in this and what program did you use as the starting point to create
