How to make concurrent run in specific language

Hi

Could you share me your advice on the following issue.

some end-user run the concurrent A (eg:Receivables Transfer to Golden Tac Adaptor) in English language ,

other users is in Chinese language,this will cause issue in the next step ,
Could you tell me how to make end-users run this concurrent only in Chinese language ,nobody can change the language.
But only for concurrent A
