Unable to book ship line in Depot Repair

Hello,

When ship line in repair order logistics is being submitted/booked against a RMA it throws an error API Programming Error (Validate_charge_details): The value for parameter Invoice_to_org_Id is invalid.

The customer and item details are checked and it looks fine.

Please suggest me how to proceed.
