Legal entity creation > error > the following required field does not have valid value : Biller invoice

I am trying to create a new Legal entity , i have provided all details including

Territory

Legal Entity Name

Organization Name

Legal Entity Identifier

Registration Number

>Create new address

> save and add details >

error : the following required field does not have valid value : Biller invoice

Anybody have any idea on this error

Please respond as its urgent
