Pay all the remining amount of lease asset by making single payment

Hi,

My scenario is Cost of leased asset is 200,000.Lease Term is 12 months

I paid the MRP (Minimum Rental Amount) for 6 months for this asset and after that I wanted to pay all the remaining amount at one payment. How can I do that????

kindly assist this issue ASAP
