How do I discover the SCAN listeners?

I have a cluster where none of the SCAN listeners appear as targets on that cluster. There is only one database on that cluster, and that database is a managed target. I could not get the SCAN listeners to monitor correctly, so I tried dropping them. Now I am not able to add them again correctly. They do not get configured correctly when I add them manually, and when I do a discovery, they do not show up. What do I need to do to discover them again?
