Need to Mark multiple Bank Statement lines as externally reconciled in one go.

Hi,

We have a huge number of lines sitting in system with 'Unreconciled' status around a million lines. we want to mark all these lines as externally reconciled to avoid these old lines showing in some reports. Is there any options like API or Concurrent program available to mark all lines as externally reconciled instated of updating line by line manually. Your help is appreciated.
