Where can we set the default ETC Method for our projects?

Is there a way to set the default ETC Method  that will be used when generating or regenerating a cost forecast.   We would like our cost forecasts to automatically default to use the "Remaining Plan" ETC Method.

I have attached a screenshot from the cost forecast where each line can be maintained manually.  We like to find where the setting is to default to a specific ETC method.
