Windows 2012 R2 Default NIC Teaming supported on the RAC 12c Interconnect? If so, is there a specifi

I'm deploying Windows 2012R2 with Oracle 12c RAC for  my company.  I heard that I should just present the multiple NIC for my interconnect to Oracle RAC and it will handle the load balancing and fault tolerance.  Some other folks are stating that I can use Windows 2012 R2 Embedded NIC Teaming software and present only one NIC to RAC.   In the Windows 2003 days I used my vendors specific NIC Config driver that TEAMED the NICs from the FIRMWARE level so windows did not know the card was teamed.

So will this work with Windows Teaming?  I heard that Windows Teaming load balances (DEFAULT) at a session level an not the packet level.  To do packet level you have to enable your up stream switch and configs etc.
