challenges faced as DBA

Hi Experts,

I have very important and crucial question (for me). My focus is on 10g and 11g versions not on 12c.

I am looking for my job change. In all the interviews everybody is asking that what kind of challenges you have faced in your day to day activities, Upgrade/migrations(10g to 11g), Performance tuning, RAC 11g installation/upgrade/performance etc.

I am giving few scenarios but I felt that I was unable to convince them.

Could you please someone provide few challenges which you have faced in your experience ? If you able to give few scenarios that will help me a lot.
